At Prana & Grace we are all about providing the best experience for you on your mat. Feel good knowing your mat is biodegradable, made from 100% recyclable natural tree rubber and water based inks. Free from PVC, latex, phthalates and other nasties !

The anti slip grip is perfect for all yoga, but really comes alive in a hot class. In fact the hotter and sweatier the better. But if you just want to hang out on your mat and chill you can’t beat the suede top finish.

How to care for your mat:

• Machine washable gentle cold wash (no detergent) or light sponge wipe and hang in the sun to dry 

• Hand wash is best

• No need to machine wash all the time, press towel me dry - no nasty smells

• Don’t leave me in a hot car or out in the sun for long periods 

• Do not put in dryer, hang to dry - but don’t hang me for extended periods

• Roll up with your design on the outside

• Because we use non toxic, water based inks after first machine wash maybe use an old towel to absorb any excess pigment that may come loose - just like washing your raw denim for the first time!

TIP: If you have dry hands and feet, you can spritz your mat to help get it grippy
