Q: How much is shipping?

A: Each order ( 500 grams >  equivalent to 1 - 3 pieces) is charged at a flat rate of $10 AUD. If your order exceeds 3 items or 500 grams then this fee will increase marginally according to Australia Post's express post service.

Q: when will it arrive?

A: At prana&grace we completely get that you want your purchase ASAP! We work hard to ensure you receive your items as soon as possible. Allow 3-6 working days which includes handling time. If you need a faster turnaround then let us know at checkout and we can arrange a courier, charges covered by you. 

Q: will I get a tracking number?

A: Absolutely. Once your item has been posted an email will be sent to you with a tracking number which you can punch into Australia Post's website to keep an eye on your purchase. auspost.com.au/track

Q: what is the return policy and are they free?

q: how does your sizing work?   

A: At prana&grace we accept exchanges and refunds however the items must be in original condition, whereby they have not been worn, washed or altered in any way and tags attached. 

The shipping cost incurred for returning an item are not covered or refunded. If you request an exchange prana@grace will however cover the postage to send you the new size.

a: at prana&grace our sizing starts at extra small, through to large. xs is the equivalent of a size 8 to small 10. S would be a size 10 to small 12. M would be 12 to small 14.  As the product is stretch fabric it allows for this flexibility in sizing.
